My Approach
Movement
I believe moving your body should be fun, this isnt a gym where you pop in for an hour, throw around a few weights and call it a day. I will teach you to listen to your body and give it what it craves. Movement should be enjoyable and natural, thats why every session will be different and completely tailored to your needs.
Nutrition
What you put in to your body, is what makes your body. Nutrition isn’t just about looking a certain way, its about your health, your quality of life and your mental state. Together we will come up with a system that works for YOUR body, we will prioritize whole, real and nutritious ingredients, that feed your mind, body and soul. I will educate you on true and proper nutrition, that goes against what diet culture is telling you.
Mindset
If you are stuck in the awful cycle of losing weight to just regain it, you need to change your mindset. You need to focus on health, not numbers on a scale. Together we will work on our mindset, we will break free of the cycle, and the toxic noise. When you work with me you will become in tune with your body, you will give it proper nutrition, and movement, not because you want to be someone else, but because you love yourself.
Grocery Lists and recipes
Regular and consistent meals are one of the most important factors when starting your health journey. When we work together I will customize grocery lists along with recipes that prioritize your health and preferences.
Game Plan
Training programs
Everyone is different, your training program will be different from mine, and your neighbor and your cousin, thats because different things work for different people. Together we will customize a plan that works for you, and will ultimately get you to LOVE movement.
Mindset
Gyms can often be filled with toxic diet culture using phrases like “get your summer body” or “lose the baby weight” as someone who has fallen victim to diet culture, I know how harmful it is. My approach is NOT about restriction or getting skinny. This is about ADDING in healthy habits to get HEALTHY.
